BRAND PHILOSOPHY
Did quality really have to cost as much as they sold it for, or were you being billed for the ride?
For us food trucks boiled down to the same philosophy as great street food – it doesn’t have to be fine dining to be perfect.
Our brand is not about making the best food trucks (although we certainly strive to and Karpatia trucks are some of the best on the market) and Karpatia is not about making the cheapest food truck (although we have very competitive pricing). Karpatia’s goal is to nail that sweet spot of price to value impeccably.
After all, the best loved and sold cars are neither Ferrari nor Kia – and the same goes for mobile food solutions.

In the USA and Europe a combination of genuine public food safety concerns and protecting vested (restaurant) interests have resulted in standards that need to be met. And we do, of course, meet them.
At Karpatia we help you through the food truck plan approval process, and make sure all work on your truck or trailer is up to code.
OUR BUILDS ARE GUARANTEED TO PASS INSPECTION IN EVERY US STATE, EU COUNTRY AND CANADA.
