Global luxury brands like Hermès don’t just hand out free gelato; they engineer highly curated consumer experiences. For this New York-based brand activation on behalf of Nazar Agency, the goal wasn’t to build a heavy-duty commercial kitchen.

The requirement was pure visual impact paired with clean, simple functionality. They needed a mobile asset that would stop foot traffic, create an immediate social media photo-op, and provide a pristine environment for staff to hand out premium treats.

In the brand activation space, sometimes the build is entirely about the looks. Nazar took a classic, vintage horse trailer and transformed it using a striking dual-design approach:

Designed to draw a crowd, the exterior was wrapped in a loud, vibrant, custom “Hermazing” psychedelic pattern in orange, pink, and yellow, complete with custom wheel covers and bespoke menu typography.

In stark contrast to the exterior, the interior serving space was designed to be immaculate, calm, and elegant. We finished the inside with crisp white paneled walls, rich dark-wood plank flooring, matching dark-wood service counters, and sophisticated black-and-gold sconce lighting. A clean, fold-up service window allows for rapid, unobstructed hand-offs, keeping the focus entirely on the product and the customer interaction.

The “Hermazing” trailer perfectly executed its mission. It provided Nazar and Hermès with a highly mobile, incredibly photogenic pop-up asset that allowed them to interact with New York consumers in a fun, memorable way.

It stands as a prime example that sometimes the best engineering solution is simply providing a flawless, reliable canvas for a world-class brand.
